Hey chaps,
I used to have a Stratos Clubman, good strong chassis and fairly competetive with a strong set of engines at most circuits.
Most parts for my clubman were generic and could be obtained from most online kart stores such as eBay's KartPartsDirect and the website based Dartford Karting.
Of course being an old chassis, you will have to get some parts custom made as generic items just won't work. The only bespoke parts that you will have to get custom made are: - Stub Axles - Floor Tray
Both of which are availible through 7Kart as custom made items. However, as they are custom made, they will be a touch pricey. I remember speaking to one of the chaps at 7Kart (may have been Mal or Rob) and I was quoted £100 per stub axle and £75 for an aluminium floor tray. Whilst that sounds expensive, its not an awful lot more than alternative chassis prices for those parts... oh and please don't hold that as a current quote - its just a guideline and is subject to change!
Hope that helps.
