It will be interesting to see how this goes. We can't reduce weight without chopping off limbs so would not be in favour of this route. The seniors may well be slower than the juniors now unless the tyres prove quicker than the reds.
I don't know how the engine can be made more powerful without expensive internal mods - unless a change of carb or ignition could do it. Will the juniors be slowed down? Should they be slowed down?
One problem is that this isn't the most popular class out there despite the level playing field and the close racing, so there may not be the commercial desire to
