I cannot see Three Sisters running wets anytime in the near future. I definitely hope that they don't, for a start it is great fun on slicks and it keeps the price down.

I would be happy with a move to Bridgestones, as I also race elsewhere. It seems to make sense and it may tempt other prokarters to come down. It would mean that they wouldn't have to buy a set of new tyres that they probably will never use again.

As for the difference in price, there isn't alot in it between the Chens and the Bridgestones. However, as previously mentioned my only concern would be how many races you can get out of the Bridgestones before they are off the pace.

I also agree that there should be some sort of transitional period if this move is to happen. For example, Chens can be run for the first few races until people are ready / have the budget to buy Bridgestones.

However, if Bridgestones are quicker, I expect this transition will be pretty quick. As no one wants to be left at the back of the pack.
