More than likely you will have oil in the carb. Simply remove the gold bowl (and the smaller bowl as well) the jet and emulsion tube, the black throtle screw and the black piolot jet and blast everywhere with Carb cleaner and an air line (if you have one), clean all the bits above and re-assemble.
