Wets are a bit harder to get right as it depends on how wet. Assume it is raining heavy with standing water. Dunlops. Cull castor. 22 degrees more if you can get it ( and you can with a bit of mod to the chassis). As wide as you can get the front use super offset on narrow rims 110mm. Push the reAr as wide as they will go. Tight rear bumper and bearing carrier. Narrow rear rims. 150mm. Pressures around 25 psi
