Simon,

Andy from Boyes Lane racing had the same problem at PF this Sunday, head rounded , a very quick job, !!

Find a small steel chisel, and cut into the head at an angle with it, it only toot 3 good hard hits to free it off.

Spare out of the box, back racing.

To Prevent this.

Any bolts/studs that are undone many times a meeting, change them from time to time with NEW Ones.
Dont use cheap tools.

Snap-on is the best, also Teng but Halfords pro range is also very good for Karts.
