We (Blue Lizard) ran my 2000 Solo chassis there until the end of last year; held the lap record from August 2008 to July 2009 and always gave arcus with his 7Kart, Derek, JJ and his Wright and Titan a good run in the right conditions. In the November Winter round on the short circuit we were on pole by over half a second in the wet!!
We're now doing the EPEC on a 2008 Wright and still getting to know it, but will be rolling the old (refurbished) Solo out for a 2 kart effort in the 24hr races.
It just shows, that in Pro Karts you don't always need the latest kit to be competitive.
Geoff

PS - see you at Clay
