The difference between the two tyres is the distance that the larger wheel will be going FURTHER than the other ON EACH REVOLUTION.... Your kart will, therefore be, effectively, turning left (or right) by THAT MUCH each revolution!!!!

It'll be FANTASTIC round Left (or right) hand corners but will be almost UNDRIVABLE round Right (or left) hand corners!

The two tyres need to match. There's a chance that you two tyres come form different batches.

You haven't said if:-

* They were bought at the same time
* bought from the same shop
* have had equal use (i.e., both brand new)
* are on IDENTICAL wheel rims (same make, size and 'model')
* are inflated to the same pressure.

If the answer to all those is YES....then simply take them BACK, fully inflated and mounted, to the shop and ask them to replace one, or both!
