Im with trev on this one! Brian i think your taking it too personally, so yes you do have other objectives!
I messed around using motul for my first year of karting, and was often told to go onto coolpower, but had been put off it by other people! And i can tell you i was amazed how much difference it made to my engines, at first maybe not much to write home about, but then they have got quicker ever since, and last time i went for a service they had got even quicker than the time before, so we never touched them!
