Testing today has revealed a few things of interest.

Gearing is 22:63 if you are not struggling on the weight front - 64 if you are. We were reaching 5700 RPM on 22:63 as was Howard (Lucas).

Fuel is an issue, we were using fuel at a much faster rate than normal as it is flat out for so much of the circuit.

The last hour we had the joys of a wet track on slicks and the place with the most grip, surprinsingly, was coming down the hill. It is still flat out down Conrod straight and up and over the hill.

The rest of the track is pretty slippy but manageable once used to it.

It is such a buzz coming down the hill Dave (Shaw) is still grinning from ear to ear.

With over 30 karts on track (hopefully) it should be a fantastic race.

Don't forget there is a 2 hour practice session before the race from 2 - 4.
