Gregor made a good point in previous months and i agree that the starts have been too slow.

In an effort to improve this cones were placed at each side of the circuit half way from the last corner to the start line after which we were allowed to accelorate albeit still under control of the starter. This is work better.

An Alternative suggestion might be to move the start line down the straight a bit. Problem with this is the loss of the timekeeper to judge false starts from P2.

I think it is great that the circuit are trying different things to improve everyones experience. No-one can get it right all the time and standing starts at WL are still a relatively new concept and so far I prefer them as you can gear for the race rather than the start. Keep it up Ian and crew.
