Having not raced at WL for some time I thought the day was as well run as it ever was, and I thought the marshalls did a good job given the quantity of karts they had to watch. It's easy to criticise because we're much closer to the action than thay are - but let's get things into perspective. I have been on the end of bad decisions myself, but if if you think carefully, if it wasn't for these guys, the racing would be more like a demolition derby and so dangerous, the grids would just fade away. During the rolling starts I witnessed a number of karters queue jumping prior to crossing the start/finish line, despite being specifically told not to do so, some deliberately drove on the grass to overtake. Ultimately we have to take some responsibility for our actions and safety.
