Thanks to the three of you for your help.
I have mounted the right hand clutch inboard and the drum edge clears the existing seat position ok.I would like to mount the left side inboard also but the axle sprocket would not move in with the engine mounted as it is.
My hopefully final question to you guys is,how should the engines actually be mounted?inover or out as obviously if I reverse the mountings the left side engine could stick out more, enabling me to move the final drive sprocket outover.The main question is should both engine mountings be inover or out for correct balance of the kart?
