1/ Yes it is , we set tick-over to just when the clutches start to "tinkle" about 1900 rpm . I would guess your mixture screw is not adjustable as it probably still has the tang on the side of it to restrict its movement ( silver looking straight crosscut head with a spring behind it ) . If its gold coloured and can be rotated freely then thats a different story . 2/ No . Max 500ml at a time or it will overflow , both fillers lead to the same place . You may even have to trim the back plastic lug on your left hand engine for a little more clearance for the chain and sprocket when the engine is rearmost . 3/ Follow RPM instructions for running in as they may want you to do it differently than I may tell you . Yes chain guards are not cheap , gets even worse when you start cutting them or filing them to fit your particular application , especially if you get it wrong ! You wont need O ring chains just use good quality normal ones , Magnum clutches , I think , are the best but in saying that I use the cheaper alternatives and have not yet had a problem .
