The other guys are quite correct. You really should protest to the CoC.
That said, I have had the occasion to ask the CoC to speak to another driver, simply for safety sake. I had no wish to have him fined, disqualified, licence endorsed or any other penalty imposed. In the event it took 2 further complaints, the final one from one of the front running drivers before anything was done. For that reason and the blatant events that have occurred in the past, I for one would have no faith in putting money down for any protest and I think that as a leisure time activity there should be no need. Plain and simple, a word from the CoC to the driver(s) concerned and a careful eye kept on events should suffice.
