What type of failures?

Normaly big ones. The crank case has a tendency to crack, sometimes slowly, sometimes catastrophically, but always expensively. My cylinder head snapped off and I've seen that happen on 3 other occasions.

Ironically I was chatting to some of the World Formula grid at the weekend abotu how they didn't seem to be having too many engine failures over the last couple of meetings, then hey presto - two more engine failures!!!

And the dad who lost the three engines - thats just this year - he lost a couple last year as well.

In his words "I tried everyting, different oils, running them in carefully on the bench before careful track running in, none of it worked, they kept breaking"

So he moved his kids to Junior Rotax to save money!!!

Basically its just not acceptable.
