You are corect about 'the truth' BUT..... you need to be able to PROVE it! How would it be POSSIBLE to PROVE that the motor was in the same state it left the previous owner?

Don't suggest that because it was still SEALED then it MUST be 'khosher'..... because..... somehow, that motor WAS still sealed and it (supposedly) was VERY much NOT as it left Tal-Ko's!

I can only see two implications; either Tal-Ko are sealing motors which are.... faulty..... which I simply do NOT (repeat DO NOT) believe, or somebody has found a way to re-'seal' the motors WITHOUT Tal-Ko's help!

Thus.... if Hulacki CANNOT 'PROVE' that the motor has not been touched by him (and god KNOWS how he'd prove THAT!) then he could EASILY be sued!

Rememeber, in a libel or slander case, they do not have to prove that THEY are telling the truth, you have to P*R*O*V*E that YOU are telling the facts! And that's DAMNED difficult!
