Being successful on track, hmmm......at the last Bayford meeting we jumped from 5th to 2nd in the championship.......10 podiums in the last year, a champonship 2nd and win, the last year has been good to us, its hard to quantify I guess, but we served our apprenticeship for 2 & 1/2 years before we got any silverware.
As for grafting......from 8-5pm during the week, I have a desk job, and a engineering team that I coordinate to push projects along, for me my job is very easy to do, certainly not physical, but mentally straining at times.
But when I'm home I work my butt off in the man-cave.....before christmas I was almost like a slob always watching discovery channel! hardly an inspiration to my kids......since deciding to start doing engines in January my kids can now realize whats going on, and they are working harder at school as a result and over-achieving in their results.
Am currently finishing off my dyno-cell, so they will hear the results soon too!
