Looking at the BT82 engine fiche, there's even more room to exploit for TAG V-Clutches. It says the clutch is to (a) kart & driver move forward by 4000 RPM max; (b) be 100% engaged by 7000 RPM; and (c) a bar test for clutch engagement parameters to be advised.
Fabulous. Has anyone ever been tested post-race for clutch engagement ?. I guess not since there is no practical test method .... so go for it chaps ... if you're not carrying batteries in your TAGS then may as well muck about with your clutches too.
