Would run no more than a 25% mix of antifreeze, it will help keep the water jacket clean.

Bleed by spinning the back axle with plug out (remember to keep plug earthed by laying on cylinder head). This will allow pump to circulate water. Top up but don't overfill. You will need a catch bottle to prevent liquid spilling on track surface.

Temperature as high as possible. Make sure you have a temp gauge, it's the only way to check the drive belts hasn't come off or broken. Tape a spare belt to the back axle for quick change otherwise its and axle out job!
