The engine builder still needs someone to ASK for the work to be done.
Ignorance is no defence in an unsealed engine.
As for talko, they are in a position to hand pick each part and each engine as they are manufactured to use in their OWN race team. I find that much harder to comprehend than someone taking an engine out to the fische. If everyone was allowed that option this would not be being discussed. So who is really at fault?
