Yes call JAG ! This does beg the question of WHY? The year is of little consequence as they do not wear out and you will always have those that say 'XX' is a must have which is utter bull. Admittedly Mr XYZ has cleaned up using a cylinder with PR, LD XD MR or whatever but I can assure you that just because you have a cylinder with the same code it does not indicate it will be the best thing since sliced.
An added point is the numbers stamped on the bottom edge of the cylinder are done by JAG when they are measured and logged on their fische system and consequently having the next digit in the number sequence to the one that is apparently 'the nutts' is no guarantee either as that is simply the order they came out of the packing crate for measurment.
