With any buckle don't be temped to apply a gentle tap direct to the disc with a plastic hammer or similar to straighten. I had a nearly new OTK disc on my lads kart with a very slight buckle, which I tapped side ways Very gently with a rubber mallet and the disc snapped in two. I know how stupid can you be!!! The tale to er indoors was - can you believe it we have just spent this weekend kart budget on a new disc and first test session out hit a kerb and it broke!!! I got a pattern disc from Spelfame and it fitted no trouble and we couldn't notice any drifference in performance. Only use silicone fluid in OTK systems. Pistons and seals are not too dear and it is worth swapping them occasionally - the pistons can tend to pick up on the sides especially if they come out a bit more due to thin pads - or an over thin disc which would not be advisible.
