You did go richer with the main jet and adjusted the needle position to account for the denser air?

After that I'd be checking for broken baffle, damaged plug cap, loose plug cap to the HT lead, dodgy battery and then start swapping components, starting with the coil. If you don't have a spare yourself, there is usually a competitor who will lend you one. I've had a competitor lending me a complete engine/carb/coil to help sort out a misfire during a meeting.
