i suggest you watch the shennngton tkm superone race, the lad leading the race is "loaded" on the last lap and pushed slightly on into the cornerexiting wider than he would have leaving the door open for the offender and two others to pass, he had it all in hand for the win but ends up coming in 4th.
so if you cant get past, just "load" them out of the way.

whether its rolling starts, standing starts or whatever, the bottom line is that driving standards are past shocking, theres alot of very talented quick drivers out there but at the end of the day it shouldnt come down to just barging someone out of the way just because you can most likely will get away with it.
you will never enforce penalties on a rolling start for loading, its too difficult to see who pushed who first in a grid of 30+ karts all bunched up unless of course you could fit a device to all nosecones that can transmit a signal if contact has been made specific to each kart. ;o
the problem with the O plate was that every grid was accelerating around the corner way before the first line, supplementry regs and i quote " it is not permitted to accelerate before this line" no enforcement of this rule from what i witnessed on the day so most karts were bumper to bumper flat out into the first corner, thats if p2 hadnt already got the jump on the pole sitter.
