Take away full length rear bumpers and go to the old style loop and reduce the size of the front bumper. It's really not that hard. Or accept that this style of racing is what you need to accept, or go race cars or historics where contact results in higher consequences.

The costs for contact are too small

1) you don't get hurt that oftern.
2) the rewards are far greater than the risks of getting caught.
