start your engine on the stand heat it up turn the low jet till the engine is about to cut out the set tick over with the throtle cable.set rpm tick over as high as posible just so the clutch is engaged.now the high turn it out 1 1/2 turns then rev it full throtle remember to bring revs dowm sharp with the brake.you will notice it wont rev very high turn in the high till it revs clean.the best way to set the high is to rev it full throtle so there is a slight flat spot about 11500 for a half second then a sudden bust off revs.if it doesnt rev clean its to rich.if it revs to clean its to lean you want that wee flat spot between 11500 and 12000 then rev clean till about 15000.good luck comer dad wish i was still there
