The comer does not have an idle adjustment, adjustment can be achieved by adjusting the tension of the throttle cable, be careful not to over do it as this will cause problems at slow speeds.

Your fuel mix is correct, you will be oiling up due to being too rich on the low jet. Another common oiling up problem is having the plug gap to tight especially in winter. gap needs to be approx 1mm. Had the same problem when we started out.

Practice tracks try Whilton and PFi on non race weekends. Both run racing for Buttons now, which is normally on an evening once a week during the summer.
