All good issues listed and why we need to think carefully what we ant to do. Why bother changing to senior for one season? Also unless I am wrong there doesn't seem to be a min. driver weight for senior that I can find in the yellow book.
I know of one driver whom would barely makes the min Junior driver weight and will be so next year also but on age will have to move up, so he will be carrying a huge amount of lead!
Finally any significant changes like this should have two years before they become law.
