The suggestion is that Cool power 4 stroke oil is mixed with Shell M but at a much weaker overall concentration allowing more fuel per litre and therefore more power. We were accused once in cadets of this by someone who thought they should be faster than us but wasn’t that particular weekend.

I have no idea if this is possible or works however I have noticed these accusations seem to occur 90% of the time when the weather is very hot and there is inevitably more chain lube / bearing lube or axle grease flying around probably because it's more fluid in those conditions!!.

It seems to be a 2 stoke cadet thing as I am not aware of these accusations in Juniors or seniors.
