It sounds like the piston on your engine side is stuck in your calliper not allowing it to return. Probably a bit of dirt that has built up.

If its binding you will be taking power out your engine and its a loss you can't afford.

I would strip and clean the brake system down and put a new seal kit in it. I would suggest you can still get the parts but you would have to check this, someone on here will know. I recently bought a kit for a 2001 chassis so i would think you could get them.

If your not confident about fitting a kit get someone knowledgeable to help you the first time as it needs to be spot on. If you can't you can post on here and get a step by step of how to do it. Not sure what fluid to use in that system but you will get that answer off someone else. Hope this helps.
