I agree its easy to enter, because I know how the system works, but a novice cadet entering for the first time could not get onto the web site. Never mind the online entry, so could not print of a form, could not call anyone as did not know any contact no's. When he did manage to print the form and post it, it arrived late. So knowing this he tried more than ten times to call to see if his sons entry had been excepted. He was told its full and they would not take any more entry's.

What he should have been told was unless your face fits.

Because sometime on Friday 2 more cadets were allowed to enter. Simple fact is this is extremely unprofessional, and no way to treat what was going to be a new member. As for transponder I'm sure after one or two races they will buy one.
