It will start the motor without problem for an entire race meeting so if that is not the case I suggest going back to the retailer if it is a genuine Rotax product they should replace it under the warranty scheme provided it has been used and charged using the approved method.
I hav 2 of these batteries that are now approaching 1 year old and have never yet shown any sign of not starting the kart.
