as long as you do all your jets inside a sensible time frame with the same material and fluid at a similar temperature you should be fine.

At the end of the day all we are looking for is that your smallest jet is the smallest and your biggest is the biggest and inbetween goes up in steps!
we are not interested in the amount of fluid pin size or whatever, it really doesnt matter dont go too deep into this...

I keep mine in a multi compartment box and every few months repeat the tests I do, as jets do wear and get bigger (I have found! so your heavy used jets will change)
