The main question should be "Are they consistent across various batches and sets"!

It doesn't / shouldn't matter whether they're faster or slower than the old ones, so long as (barring a freak error in construction) everyone is x faster or x slower on these new tyres. If one set is half second faster and another is a second slower, then would be the time to worry!!

Whinge and moan if there's massive inconsistencies between sets. Otherwise, just think, you could be in Rotax :-)
