I’ve found both of the chain issues mentioned, not big deals and nothing to do with Iame made parts but ideally I’d like to reposition the engine slightly. When I have some time, I intend either modifying my existing engine mount, by re-drilling its holes, to bring the engine further inboard or trying alternative ones to see if they give a better fit.

In an ideal world, I’d have the engine 10-20mm further inboard and tilted slightly further forward. I think the mount I have has an angle of about 10 degrees, possibly a couple more degrees would be better.

I really just need to find a couple of hours to measure it all up properly to figure exactly what’s needed, I guess given it’s just come out, most people have just bolted it up with fairly generic engine mounts, I’m sure over time people will find what works best with the popular chassis choices and these will become widely available
