I don't think the location of the engine builder is important, you can use delivery service( bare tkm about Ł30 each way )I would try either Jade Karts (near oxford/shennington) or Lichfield (near PFI) their engines were 1st and 2nd in the S1junior champs last year and the year before and the year before that...
