You will need a PG licence for your lads.
If your wife runs them, she can have her own licence or you can sign over yours. Any other child you run will need their parent to get a PG licence and sign over to you or the teacher running them.

Just doesn't make sense this licence. Not sure what use it is and what it is supposed to stop.
