What your really suggesting is to do these mods yourself to the engine here and there DYNO IT and HOPE that whoever re seals it dont notice whatever it is you have done LOL & in doing so gaining an advantage. thats why people are getting upset.

You have contradicted yourself aswell by saying its just for fun in one post but now your bashing on about getting it re seald.
