I know - it's one of the reasons we moved. I was fed up with seeing races ruined through avoidable & unavoidable contact you get in short circuits.

I was also fed up with the repair bills. Even though running a 125 open is more expensive in running costs, it is loads cheaper in repair bills!

It was Sam's first out and we were treating it more as a practice session reall but he still hit 106mph & hit 1 min 10 seconds with his time reducing each lap in race one.

I was hoping that he would get down to close to the other 125s but just before he went out for race 2 I noticed his tyre had a puncture and had to slap on some really old tyres - didn't have time to put some other tyres on rims!

Next time though.......
