The oil must be fully synthetic, not castor. shell, millers, silkolene, rock are the main ones I think.
Fuel mix is 50:1
there are only two makes of plug allowed Denso & NGK both seem to do well, again personal preference is Denso, never had a problem.
lots of threads on here about fuel, can only suggest you get use to the engine on normal unleaded and once you are happy do a test between the higher octanes.
You can download the operating manuals from the rotax website. That gives you some information.
After that its all about getting the jetting spot on and I am afraid that you either buy software and calibrate it to your engine, or you start with a jet say 160 and run the kart, if it pops go up a jet, if it doesn't go down a jet until it does pop then go back one.
