secure the stub axle tightly in a vice with a length of cloth round the outside to stop damage.

slide a 5/6mm t bar allen key down through the top bearing, a couple of taps with a hammer will remove the lower bearing.

Then flip and repeat.

To insert the new bearing open the vice with enough gap for the stub and a bearing and use the vice to push the new bearing into the stub. It applies even pressure around the outer race of the bearing and pushes it smoothly into the stub.

If your chassis is really old i would go for Aquila's method, newer chassis either way is ok
