Air filter - hot soapy water, rinse well in clean water, dry, spray lightly with duck oil.
Exhaust, remove silver end can, block exhaust hole, stand upright, fill with cheap full sugar cola {morrissons is ace } leave 48 hours, tip away, rinse thru with water and then spray inside with wd40. Refit silver end can. Then put on yr kart and run for a few mins with an oil rich mix.
