Don't know how I missed this thread first time around, I suppose I should share my thoughts then:

Basically, the reason why we don't race blue anymore is because most of the drivers in the region were reluctant to do the NKRA (which was the only championship we raced in at the time). Especially as the number of drivers in each region effect how good of a score you get towards the National Rankings.

I'm not blaming them however as some of the rules were at times overly complicated or not very clear (although I've been lead to believe Ron has tidied them up alot since which is good).

At the start of 2010, we began to realise that the only way we were going to have a realistic chance of topping the rankings again was to start racing down South or up in Scotland but then we realised if we're going to start travelling those distances then it would kind of defeat the whole purpose of a regional format so we decided to do a "proper" national championship again. I'd done Super 1 before and didn't really want to do it again so we went Easykart and haven't looked back.....yet!
