Danlee - Some of the jetting software definitely works but clearly you need to set it up with a baseline for your carb and engine to work from. I just use an Excel spreadsheet on my Blackberry at the track to work out how the air density has changed based on the weather station reading and what main jet and needle setting to select. It seems to work fine - happy to email it on if you want to try it.
