Well, seeing as you have not actually divulged your symptoms, I will attempt to help. I assume you are talking about the Rotax Max carburetor.The needle valve in the float chamber can stick open or fail to seat correctly due to contamination or the seat being worn. Also remove and examine the float arm where it contacts the float needle. The needle can wear through the plating and cause a burr that catches the needle and stops the arm from rising. In addition, look at the tab at the rear of the float arm as it can get bent outwards and catches the float bowl on assembly and physically prevents the arm rising. Most other things will cause a lack of fuel, like blocked jets. John will tell you to monitor the overflow outlets by attaching two tubes into a catch tank. What are your symptoms?
