2 stroke main bearings are OK to change, but if you get it wrong you'll cause a whole world of pain and damage. Some press them in and out. I prefer to warm the cases up until they drop out and then drop a new set in. But you need to avoid overheating the cases as you can distort them, stress crack them, or wreck the heat treatment if they've got any. A smear of soap on the case is a good indicator, as it turns black at about the same temperature as the lower critical point for aluminium alloys (evidently), so you know when you've gone too far... And check the crank endfloat when you reassemble.
Seals are less hassle. If you've got pullers for the sprocket (or clutch) and ignition rotor, you then just need one of the methods of seal removal in the thread below. They push back on by hand. I'm going to be packing them with grease from now on because they don't last well otherwise!
