can anyone give me some advise, been out of karting for 4 years so little things arn't easily spotted anymore!, testing today was running fine, then engine began to feel sluggish and no pull everywere, changed engine, went out still same problem, changed power valve, and carb, still the problem, ran out of time to try anything else, checked reeds all seem ok, tested battery with a bettery tester found volts down to 12.11 and amps only 3.25. would that be a cause? help!
