Go for the D/D Engine, simple =) I've just had a clutch taken off my BT95 because it was causing so much trouble. We were never sure if it was running correctly, and there just another thing to go wrong and to set-up, and even though people may say "if you have a clutch then you'll push harder" i don't think thats true. When i'm driving i never think about whether the engine has a clutch or not, i just push and push, it shouldn't be a deciding factor in your performance.
But one thing for sure is that with the clutched one if it stops when you crash/spin out, your out of the race, with the TAG ones, if the electrics fault, your out of the race, with the D/D ones, you simply get going again because they are so simple. I can say 100% i'll never get another clutch, i'm learning to bump start it myself, and although i haven't got my head around it completely yet, it's already much better because there's no worries, doubts etc.. about the clutch. Just my thoughts =) Thomas..........
