Simple test of MSA/ABKC integrity would be to remove the age restriction change to 12 for the other junior classes. Then this new class will either fly or not on it's own merits. But placing a new age restriction on existing, proven,safe and successful series' to try and force the consumer to change is the classic recipe for a lose/lose scenario.
